Event & Rental Information

Our unique landscapes and facilities provide the perfect location for your next special event. We can accommodate small groups (20 or less) and large groups (25-200+).

We can host birthdays, distinguished speakers, bridal showers, baby showers, luncheons, retirement parties and many other events

Since each event is always unique, we provide a variety of different menu options and seating  layouts. Therefore, we will work very closely with you in planning your banquet or event to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with having it at Camp Oty’Okwa.

Pricing varies by type of event and number of attendees. We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing.

Any proceeds from group rentals are used to provide quality programming for our campers as well as support our youth matches through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio

– A minimum of 15 6’x30” folding tables
– 5 large round tables
– Trash cans and bag liners; recycle bins
– A host on the day of your event
– Parking for up to 40 individual vehicle

Camp Oty’Okwa does not permit the use of nails, staples or tape on any building surfaces.

Glitter, confetti and/or sparklers may not be used on the property.

Candles are permitted if they are fully enclosed within non-flammable containers that extend at least one inch beyond the top of the flame.

We reserve the right to refuse any and all decorations that do not fit our mission. 

Our catering requires a minimum of 30 participants
